What age can my child join Navira Kids?
We welcome children from 18 months in Playgroup, 3–4 years in Nursery and 4–6 years in Junior and Senior KG. Daycare is available for children aged 1 year and above.
What are the school timings?
Preschool sessions run for 2.5 to 3.5 hours a day depending on the program, and Daycare offers flexible half-day and full-day options. Contact us for the current batch schedule.
How do you keep children safe?
All staff are background-verified, classrooms are CCTV-monitored and our interiors are fully child-proofed. Children are handed over only to registered guardians.
Can I visit the school before taking admission?
Absolutely! We encourage parents to book a campus tour, meet our teachers and see our classrooms in action before enrolling.
How will I know about my child's progress?
Regular updates, activity photos, parent–teacher meetings and progress reports keep you connected with your child's learning journey.
Do you provide meals?
Daycare children receive nutritious meals and snacks. Preschool children bring a healthy tiffin, and our teachers guide good eating habits.
When do admissions open?
Admissions are open throughout the year, subject to seat availability in each batch. We recommend enquiring early for the new academic session.
What is your teaching approach?
We follow a play-based, child-centric approach that blends phonics, early maths, art, music and life skills — so children learn by doing, exploring and having fun.
What is the tenure of the franchise agreement?
The initial agreement is for 2 years. Subject to satisfactory performance, it can be renewed for further terms at the renewal fee applicable at that time.
Are there any additional charges for setting up the franchise?
Apart from the franchise fee and set-up cost, partners bear the transportation of materials from our warehouse to their location and local marketing costs such as pamphlets, banners and hoardings.
Who selects the teachers? Are there selection criteria?
Teachers and support staff are selected by the franchise partner, who also decides their remuneration as per city standards, qualifications and experience. Teachers should have at least a 10+2 qualification.
Who decides the fee structure?
The fee structure is decided jointly by the franchise partner and Navira Kids, considering the paying capacity of parents in the area, competitor fees and the facilities offered.
Is approval required from any authority?
Approval from the local municipal authority is generally required to run a preschool or learning centre. Requirements vary from state to state, and we guide you through the process.
When is a good time to start a preschool?
It is always a good time to start! Preschool admissions happen throughout the year.
Do I need to own the premises?
No. The preschool can run from leased premises too, ideally with a lock-in period of at least 3 years with the landlord.
Can I run other activities after preschool hours?
Yes. Partners are free to conduct other activities after preschool hours, and we offer training for programs like Abacus and Phonics.
Will Navira Kids help with recruitment and training?
Yes. We conduct regular training programs for teachers, and counsellor training ensures consistent communication with parents across centres.
What support can we expect from Navira Kids?
We support you at every level — identifying premises, designing the school, recruiting and training staff, planning batches and training you as a business partner.
Does Navira Kids guarantee admissions?
No. Admissions depend on infrastructure, staff behaviour, curriculum implementation and local marketing. We provide the tools, training and guidance to help you succeed.
